“again” i guess i should call you, do you realy have nothing better to do than waste your time posting a million blogs about how much you hate other people’s oppinion? your all over this website with nothing but the same old hatemail that i see everywhere. If you feel so pasionatly about the subject why don’t you do something politicaly productive.
who knows maybe your not political at all, either way i will admit that your comebacks are fairly wity, maybe try your hand at battle rap at least then you could make a sport out of being a ignorant and hatefull parisite.
I’m curious… how do you know the original package was intending it to be a pun on the race of Obama? Perhaps it’s just an assumption you made, at which point you just bought into the same racist stereotype that you were offended at. Think on that a bit before you troll anywhere again.
No, we just don’t like being lied to when while we’re getting screwed or tyranny. Plus, socialized medicine has been pathetically inadequate everywhere else it has already been implemented…just like the system of socialism itself. That is one of the reasons we’ve had people come in droves from foreign countries to receive medical treatment in America before now. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results each time. So, wouldn’t lib-tards be technically insane?
Try growing up, growing a pair (with some hairs on them), and doing something other than whining and/or overcompensating for your small *stimulus packages* by buying guns and huge trucks…
Oh, and we not only WON the election, we also WON everybody national health care. You’re welcome.
Well, if you’re a “working man” and you’d rather have a Starbucks latte every day than purchase health insurance then you don’t get my sympathy, dude. You should have had insurance since Day One IMHO.
I’ve had health insurance (that *I* pay for) since I was 18. No excuses.
less and less employers offer insurance and private purchased plans constantly drop severely ill/injured people just like my sisters insurance dropped her when her daughter was diagnosed with SMA. And another note, droves of Americans travel to other countries to receive procedures that the FDA refuses to approve thanks to lobbying pharmaceutical companies, its more profitable to shove pills down your throat then to actually cure you. Also what does your insurance actually cover? read the whole stack of papers you will probably find that you cant goto the doctor or the ER or have any tests or x-rays done. several co workers bought private insurance policy’s and realized it does nothing.
if you really hate socialism then fight to tear down public funded schools, why should your taxes pay for a school you or your kids dont attend? why should i pay for certain roads in my town that i never drive on? why should i pay for police stations outside of my community? If you dont support the Iraq/Afghan war then why does it receive your tax dollars? why was i paying for the national guard after katrina? i live hudrends of miles away!
Because we would be an actual third world country if it wasnt for “socialism” and if you want to argue about how old people earned social security by paying into it then explain the millions that were handed it soon after its creation even tho they never put a single dime from taxes into it.
Whoa dude… I am FOR national health care and all this so-called “socialism”.
I was telling the Repuke to stop whining and man up for once instead of trying to play the victim again. RESPONSIBLE people have insurance, period end-of-story…
I don’t really give two winks about this discussion. However, I’d like to ask that, if you’re English (or American, or English speaking), how about you NOT embarrass the rest of us? Try using proper grammar when you insult someone.
Well avg… To be honest your “way of life” (what I call “slack and whine”) deserves to be insulted.
If you act like idiocy is somehow OK it only encourages people to continue engaging in it. My policy is to say it how it is and try to encourage the few *semi* sane Republicans to rethink their Limbaugh-fed scripts…
I will say it again – The Red State “Way of Life” (i.e. acting like an 8 year old playing cowboy) is RIDICULOUS. Grow the hell up.
Why don’t *you* stop trying to compensate for a wasted life in Flyover Country by acting like you know something instead of repeating Limbaugh and Beck as though you were a retarded parrot?
Oh, and the jacked up truck, guns, Jack Daniels, and ballcap don’t make you look manlier either. In fact, if anything they make you look like you’re “compensating”
Typical liberal avoidance of the issue and using strawman argumentation to belittle the speaker without actually addressing the argument he/she conjectured tactics. Is talking about an important issue and using legitimate evidence being a “crybaby?” I guess everyone who doesn’t agree with the media is just a simpleton because they have the audacity to question authority and think for themselves. Not all republicans are gun toting rednecks, though the liberal media (find out for yourself; CBS, CNN, NBC, and ABC are all extremely liberal news organizations. They say so themselves. Republicans only have the one channel, Fox.) would tell you that all republicans are in fact like that because they know that Americans are easily swayed by polarizing a generalized people group. Don’t buy into their crap. That being said, Fox is an extremely biased and unreliable news source that repeatedly does an overwhelmingly good job of making republicans look bad. I sometimes wonder if they aren’t just very shrewd liberals, too.
Plus, democrats HAVEN’T won us any sort of national health care at all. Most of the plans have been shot down, and the ones that haven’t don’t really do very much and are difficult to implement. Study your constitutional history and you will find out that it is actually unconstitutional to for the national government to regulate intra-state health care and insurance; that’s the problem, not republicans being “crybaby victims.”
The size of the package doesn’t matter if it can’t be used. And Obama’s is looking pretty flaccid right now.
Oh and I don’t think you’d really want to compare packages IRL, lest you come up “short” like a good 90% of you truck-driving, crap-talking, gun swinging hicks do.
Why? Nader is a has-been who got practically zero votes.
I think of the many people I know only two of them were voting for him – It was overwhelmingly Obama/Biden, something like 94% vs 4% who said some other candidate, two who admitted to McCain/Palin, and those two wackjobs who were going Nader.
I don’t dislike the man, don’t get me wrong… I just didn’t want to risk McCain/Alaska Barbie getting in so I had to vote my conscience and go with Obama/Biden… Of course, as you may have noticed a majority of people did the same.
Thank goodness! If the Repuke Twins were in America would be dead by now.
Typical this…typical that…why the hell do we have to be so partisan? We’re all citizens of the world.
I’m a Democrat, but I’m not in support of this specific bill. Our country is founded on freedom, and people should have the freedom to choose whether or not to purchase healthcare.
RE Fox News – You live by the sword, you die by the sword. I would say that Rove and that gang is really what has all but destroyed the Rep party. FN all but got W in office, but that pendulum can’t swing one way forever. We have been too right-moving for too much of the last 30 years or so. We have to move left for awhile , just to be balanced. Don’t worry Phoenix, the Reps will have their time again. But they should maybe stop worrying about winning for awhile and start thinking about what truly good and valuable things they might do once in office. Live and let die might not be the best way to turn the tables…
i hate democrats republicans and all other current forms of government….everyone should just go back to the forests to live like the stupid and happy race of sapiens that we were….id be cool with it =D…no i wouldnt =(
You mean all those other nations with socialized medicine that is overwhelmingly popular with their citizens? How has socialized medicine worked out in Hawaii, where they’ve had it for 40ish years and the people love it? Has that led to tyranny in Hawaii? I think you would have noticed. Is Canada a tyranny, is the UK a tyranny? Is Medicare in the US a failure? Ask the old people how they feel about Medicare, since in many cases their lives have depended on it. Ask them. I dare you.
You have been lied to and lack the ability to pick up on those lies. That is not the fault of a political party, it is entirely your own.
It’s only too bad these whiners have to benefit from all of *our* hard work and dedication too. Oh well… At least their children won’t have to suffer unduly so they can “prove their point” and not be “some gal-dang lib-rul so-shall-ist commie muslim homo” like they think the sane Americans are.
I’m really not sure how to put this politely, so I won’t. The correlation between income and voting republican is very strong – wealthier people tend to vote republican. So all this money won’t really be coming from YOUR pocket, it’ll be coming from the pockets of the small businesses, company owners, and superwealthy Republicans who didn’t want this bill. They’re the ones who will be taxed to hell and back.
And before you call me a Republican whiner, consider actually responding to some of the points raised. Because the more you call people who present an alternative view a whiner, the more you yourself look like one. F*cking whiner.
If that is true then why oh why do I keep seeing whitebread trailer trash ignorant hicks voting Republican?
I doubt that I have ever seen a Repuke who made more than $30k/year AT BEST, and most were so dirt poor they couldn’t do anything but simmer with hatred in their trashed trailers and drive a piece of s**t truck, sooooo… Whatever.
Most are poor financially, but all are poor in spirit and compassion. That much is certain.
Let me guess : You’re another tough-talking Repunk from Podunk who treats “lesser” people like dirt, works to scam as much out of people as you can, crosses the street when “ethnics” are on the sidewalk, and who drives a $40k truck with a lift kit and knobby tires… I.E. you’re another walking douchebag impersonation.
Super. Just what the world needs – Another arrogant, mindless consumer. Bravo! Now go out and stomp the backs of those gal-dang poor folk so you can have those lattes every day. After all, your mom said YOU DESERVE IT FOR BREATHING.
Some people don’t have the luxury of working, you jackass. Some people can’t get employed, not through lack of qualifications, but because they just aren’t enough jobs. Others are stuck in the same dead-end job. Others CAN’T work, due to illness or disability. I can’t WAIT for the day you’re bankrupt and have to pay for urgently needed healthcare. You’ll change your tune pretty fucking quickly then, won’t you?
EAT THE SKULLS OF THE POOR AND PISS ON THE RICH, THE ONES IN THE MIDDLE CAN GET FUCKED UP THE ASS! HAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!ANDJWKWAJDJBWAHAHAHHAHAH1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need help…=I
Actually, all the studies comparing health care results in the US to health care results elsewhere have shown that the US does a poor job on infant mortality, a poor job on cancers that don’t have expensive treatment plans, and about the same on everything else – for an average of 2-3 times as much money per person per year.
“Plus, socialized medicine has been pathetically inadequate everywhere else it has already been implemented⦔
Hmmmm… yeah, thats why Noway, The UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Finland, Sweden & Denmark all have ‘socialized medicine and are higher than the US in world healthcare rankings.
STFU, get some research done and turn of Beck the Tinfoil-hat wearing poodle.
our most expensive BCBS insurance plans paying for our most state-of-the-art hospitals are behind RUSSIA and their free healthcare… There is something wrong with us.
there’s no such thing as socialized medicine
public healthcare is what we’re talking about here
and it actually works out quite well in most cases (like over in here in the Netherlands for example)
you can’t just say it’s been pathetically inadequate when you can’t even give any solid examples let alone hardly know what you’re talking about.
(and no Holland is not socialist in case you’re wondering)
Big Black Dude with Big Black.. *ahem* vs a slew of inbred, scrawny, “small” white boys. Yup… That’s about 90% of the “opposition” to Obama right there.
Explains the guns and jacked up trucks too. God, Red State America is immature.
You just like to pretend nothing could ever go wrong… Until it does, and by then all your money has been spent on sports bets, Hooters, and other inane crap you’d rather buy with your money, and when you hit rock bottom (sans insurance – “only chumps buy that crap!”) it is WE THE TAXPAYERS who have to make up for your arrogant short-sightedness… NO MORE.
Stop being a cheap so-and-so and PONY UP YOUR SHARE FOR ONCE. You can skip the Starbucks dude… Probably better for you anyways.
Where in the documents, written by the Founders of our great nation, is this part of the American promise? They (the Founders) had just thrown off the shackles of an oppressive Big Government, and more tax dollars going to the fed. govt. means they have more authority, and we have less, is that why the Founders possibly created a firewall around us? Preventing the State from encroaching on us? Is it possible that 200 plus years ago they had an idea of what being under the thumb of a bloated, out of control govt. felt like? …… why is that complicated to anyone?
If you don’t believe me concerning the correlation of freedom to less taxation and high taxation to less freedom, imagine for a moment you made $100k a year. Republican’s would want you to pay around 25%-30% income tax. Democrats want you to pay 35%-45% income tax, difference is fairly obvious there anywhere between $10k to $20k.
If you have $10k more in your pocket, do you have more or less ability? By ability of course I refer to buying power for you/your home. Save $10k a year for your kids college education sounds good. Saving $10k a year for your retirement, investments, home renovation, or maybe you just wanna save for 5 years and retire to a third world country, or save for 3 years and quit your job, or blow it on booze and blu-ray’s if you want to. It is your money, what claim does the Fed have to it?
By the way, come January the above analogy is gonna seem awfully pertinent when the Bush tax cuts expire and $30k a year earners and under go to a 23% tax bracket, and everyone else up the ladder increases also.
Again I ask, where in any of our founding documents is it indicated that the responsibility of the govt. is to necessitate itself by expanding it’s brief? Where does it direct the citizens, supposedly free from persecution, to become slaves to the state by ensuring the will of 537 temporary occupiers. Where in our constitution does it say their will is supreme? Is this a bad game of musical chairs now? Every time some starry eyed liberal convinces enough people he’s not as full of shit as the other guy we have a new concern? The music stopped now the chair is named retirement, everyone needs a chair, old people need healthcare, get some more chairs, deadbeats, losers, governmental grifters need “help” so now we have to buy more chairs. Once upon a time, some lady ‘needed’ an abortion and we had to buy some more chairs. Then we couldn’t leave illegal immigrants out of of Medicaid/Medicare lets buy some more chairs. Some folks were born different genders and races so they need special considerations that leads to welfare, and that is a shitload of more chairs we just bought. Unfortunately the will and desire of the left out matched the ability of their financial gas pump’s(us!) and we had to pay some more. We have to keep paying for more and more chairs because included in welfare provisions are additional incentives (intentional or not) to have more children. That’s a lot more money going to Medicaid/Welfare. That’s a lot more one parent households, that’s creating a mindset in the heads of those children, which furthers the cycle, then we have more money going to welfare, and govt. housing initiatives. Oh but it doesn’t end there, because then we run out of money, we can’t tax the people any more because the economy is in the toilet. Hmmmmm, what to do, what to do? AHA! We’ll just print more of it. So now we have billions in currency that originated from thin air, currency gets devalued, more jobs go away, gotta have healthcare.
If it wasn’t so horrifying it would be comical, they create these issues and problems, then provide a surplus of shovels to continue digging the hole. And we speak up and get smacked down, we are told we are not compassionate, and we are told we hate poor people. We want to see single mothers work 20 hours a day, and children wasting away like it’s Uganda or something. Utter madness ensues.
I don’t want to pay for health care that isn’t mine. Sorry, I can’t afford to pay for your abortion, your gastric bypass, your face lift, or any serious medical procedure you need. That’s your job, and yours alone.
The job of ‘we’ is to ensure that our borders are defended, our roads are paved, our foreign policy is of one voice. That’s what I should be paying for every time I get paid. This is wrong on so many different levels. It’s also a little suspect that if you look at polls of our nation’s view on this bill, over half the nation does not want it to happen, yet it still happened. Power to the people indeed. I can’t help but wonder how many people that voted for Obama initially, buying into his “Yes, we can!” speech are now regretting it. My guess would be a lot since his opinion polls have steadily declined (http://tinyurl.com/y94h3ho). This is what happens when you vote someone into office under the pretense that “Well, ANYBODY’S gotta be better than Bush!!” or “MTV told me I’d be progressively thinking if I voted for this guy, so I did!”
Hope and Change, people! How’s it working for you?
Yeah, roll Thomas Jefferson and Co. out of the graves to scare the trailer park morons again…
I highly doubt that they intended for the Constitution to stay the same for 10,000 years dude. Times change, and people change… Why not change the foundations when they need to be upgraded to reflect the new thinking?
But… I don’t want to get into all that crap now. Suffice it to say *I* could write a more equitable Constitution on my lunch break than the Founders did (because obviously I know things they didn’t know or even fathom… Not that I am some super genius, although the Mensa membership card *does* count in my eyes)
You won’t have to pay for abortions unless your health care provider covers them.
If you have moral objections to abortion, or financial, make sure your current insurer doesn’t cover the procedure, or you already are paying for abortions.
There won’t be any federally funded abortion, that bill was signed today.
Europe and Canada (I have many friends in both places) have the kind of health care they have because they voted it in democratically.
The bill that passed in America was also done democratically. It was passed by majority vote in the the house and the senate. That’s how bills get passed.
If you want Republican political domination so they can do something similar to what the Democrats just did, get them voted in in both houses as a majority, and then they can also muscle in any changes to the law they wish, regardless of the wishes of half of the country.
Those people are in there because they were voted in. That means they are observing the wishes of those who voted them in, which were a majority and therefore represent the majority.
That’s how democracy works. I learned that in grade school. Why didn’t you?
Actually, I love the health care bill. I haven’t had health insurance for 17 years because we were self employed. We made $75 an hour and couldn’t get health insurance. We were excluded because of pre-existing conditions.
Now I have lost my business, my home and all my savings in the recession, courtesy of GWBush and company. My husband is working part time for $10 an hour and we’re on Medicaid, because I have two minor children, one going to college on a grant, and we were taken in by relatives.
I and my husband are getting regular health care for the first time in 17 years.
Now, because of this bill, my oldest child in college can get health care too, because of this bill. She has asthma and needs treatment. Do you know what it’s like to have to watch your child suffer, not be able to breath and not be able to take her to the emergency room or you give her your own asthma medicine because neither you or she can afford it?
I hope you never do.
Well, I think it is way too early to say ‘how its working’. But I would say your tunnel vision approach lacks understanding or tolerance for many of your fellow Americans. You sound like volunteering to help the disadvantaged may give you some perspective that watching Fox News might be robbing you of…no disrespect intended
Yeah the founding fathers also didn’t have to deal with national electricity grids, a national road system, sanitation, expensively equipped police, a massive standing army (around 25-30% of all tax money goes to them), information security, federal security, multinational companies, multinational diplomacy, multinational aid, nuclear armaments and a population of over 300,000,000 people.
If you think you can do without that little lot then I’m sure the founding fathers still have a point.
Troll. Seriously, nothing wrong with socialized healthcare, so long as it’s voluntary, i.e., people that want it, pay for it. People who don’t can go to a genuine Italian-run coffee shop, or Crapbucks. Socialized healthcare is great, so long as most of its patients are actually paying for it stupid.
When you have to wait 12 hours with a broken arm to be accepted in the ER, twits like you will just start foaming at the mouth asking themselves what’s wrong. Answer is: anyone and everyone can be admitted, regardless of how many health professionals the hospital employs, because of cost overruns and corrupt politicians shifting funds to other projects. So get a clue, socialized medicine works if people want it to work, which involves making cuts where it’s needed. On top of that, you shouldn’t have the right to impose it on others. That’s just loopy.
You’re no more mature than the republicans you keep blasting (ineptly I might add), which is evidenced by your constant ad-hominem attacks. Recall, ad-hominem is a logical fallacy, which means you don’t actually have an argument, rabies maybe, but not an argument.
Idiot. I never said there was anything wrong with socialized healthcare… In fact I think its long overdue. Look at what good the “socialist” police/fire/dot/schools/etc have done for America! Funny how all these “anti-commies” always drop their kids off at (public) school, pull onto the (public) road, wave to the (public) cop, and then hate on “socialism”, isn’t it?
But whatever. You came to attack me and I’m letting you know you ain’t PWNING nothing, chump. Scream troll all you want like a little b*tch but when all is said and done *I* will say and do as I please and if it pisses off little twats like YOU all the better.
That said, why don’t you go back to your singlewide trailer and die of autoerotic asphyxiation? You’re a f**king wanker anyways, just GO FOR THE GOLD and remember to walk into the light, punk.
LOL My MIL , a good Republican has just about the best health care coverage in the US that money can buy, and I have Medicaid, because the recession has made me very very poor.
When we go the same hospital and the same emergency room, we have the wait the same amount of time.
What idiot thinks that private health care gives you priority medical treatment? If the hospital discriminates, they could get sued for that!
Anyway, I’m not a Democrat, nor a Republican, I’m an Independent because both parties make me nuts, just in different ways.
But, most of my moderate Republican friends are embarrassed as hell at the tea parties, wouldn’t watch Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh for love or money, and some of them even occasionally vote for a locally running Democrat when they agree with the candidate’s position. They’re also embarrassed that the Republican congress is coming across like a bunch of sore losers.
How about a little dignity, or is that too classy for politics anymore?
I guess people in “Let’s Make a Deal” costumes spitting on congressmen is now how we express our freedom of speech now.
The tea party is the fringe…and like anyone who acts nutty in public, they get more than their fair share of attention.
Again, why do you keep replying to me saying I should pony up and get insurance? I HAVE insurance, that I PAY for with my JOB.
See, some of us feel like we have to earn what we have, not ask the government to give it to us. So-called “free” healthcare is just another incentive for lazy people to stay lazy and entitled, not having to work since all their basics are provided by the taxes from my paycheck and other responsible workers, and those leeches have multiple children (because, after all, we PAY them to reproduce with more welfare), and the problem compounds itself.
I just want a society where people work for what they have, and feel compelled to be honest and hardworking instead of entitled.
So? You’re doing what others call the USUAL THING TO DO.
What do you want, a cookie? Seriously, you do what you should have to do… And? I’m not going to pat you on the back and say you’re a jolly good fellow, you’re just average dude.
That said, a lot of the fat-cat Repunks like to skimp on insurance and stuff so they can suck a big brown di… er, I mean “cigar” like that airbag Limbaugh does each day and act like a bigwig, and here you are defending their positions over you whereas they could care less if YOU live or die…
I honestly don’t get it. Why not make them pay their share? What’s in it for you to oppose something that HELPS you and your family? Does the fat f**k give you a .25/hour raise after 3 years or something? F**K HIM! It’s time for you to do what is right and not worry about the windbags and their BS!
I just don’t get why you are opposed to this. Really, I don’t.
=O! *head explodes* lol jk im just bored commenting on this amazing ongoing convo lol its really funny what happens when someone posts a slightly political comic =P
I’m sorry Rorsharch, but do you even have the capacity to grasp the concept of a “socialist” health care system? It means that everyone, poor, rich, fat, healthy , gets free health care. The system doesn’t turn you down because you’re overweight nor does it refuse payment just because you had a cold when you were a kid, making obscure links to how it may cause you to get a broken leg. Now I will concede that people go to the states, but those people belong to the upper class of society who aren’t really that sick, but want to be serviced straight away. Normal people stay in their own country and receive the care they need without the ridiculous price tag.
It’s not free. It’s only free for lazy people who leech off the taxes of the working man. Somebody has to pay for every doctor visit, every prescription, every procedure. Nothing is free. It’s robbing from the working man to pay for the irresponsible man.
Yes, it’s “irresponsible” that “working class people” can’t afford to pay ridiculous premiums to go with their ridiculous mortgages and other ridiculous standard of living expenses, or are denied coverage in the first place because of ridiculous pre-existing condition lists.
It breaks my heart to know that you wont be able to build that 3rd deck on your house or take the family to Disneyworld this year because some sick kid in your state needed to have his brain tumor taken out.
It’s only ridiculous because people are so greedy and used to high standards of living that they live outside their means. I work very hard for my money and I pay for everything I own, including my own heathcare. All good intentions aside, this will end up being no better than welfare programs where half the participants drive up in their cadillacs to receive their free money. Also, NOTHING run by the government has ever turned out great. Politics are so corrupt that it impedes any real progress. Why is everyone thinking that this will be the bright shining exception and run like it was intended?
“Plus, socialized medicine has been pathetically inadequate everywhere else it has already been implemented⦔
Ha. Sorry, kiddo, works up here in Canada. And in Europe. And everywhere else. Just need more MRI machines.
Only place it hasn’t worked is…well, I’m not really sure.
it seems like the republicans would be turned off by the president having a small member
a small package often moves to no back bone and then he’ll fold like origami
The point was that Obama has a huge, hard, thick “package” that makes the Repukes nervous and unhappy, hence the whining… Not everyone is like you, “Hamster Man” (and I bet *you* are probably crying about it behind your monitor, hence your ridiculous and pathetic attempt to turn it around on Obama.)
Oh, and the stupid one here is YOU. Enjoy life with your micropenis, you flaccid mongoloid.
And your retort makes YOU look like a f*cking moron, so whatever.
Guess nobody is supposed to say anything that might piss off Opie, Andy, Barney, and Goober eh? Tough… After 8 years of Bush I say F**K ‘EM. It’s not like they cared about *us* when they had the White House/House/Senate dude…
Stuff it. I have just as much of a right to be here as anyone, especially you “meh”… Maybe even more of a right to be here since *I* actually contribute something.
But hey, if you think you’re hard go ahead and make me leave. If not STFU. It’s really that simple.
So you’re assuming he has a small package because he’s half white?
Maybe it’s a f**king JOKE and I thought people would be smart enough to get it?
Maybe you’re just another moron who thinks he’s intelligent and somehow relevant?
Whatever. The President’s Package isn’t really anything serious dude… Well to me anyways. I just like to make the Repukes cry by talking about how small their stuff is (and given their love for guns, you know its true)
Chill out homie. It’s not all about your crooked tampon and the discomfort you get from it aight?
The sheer amount of stupidity that this picture has brought down upon us is exactly why political bullshit should never be posted on sites in which the target demographic shops at LOLmart for meme themed T-shirts. Stop being retarded, people, political mudslinging on this site is like performing a concert for a gymnasium full of deaf people – sad to watch, pointless, and a waste of resources.
Well yeah, I guess I am preaching to the retards here…
But honestly its the Republicans/righties/teabaggers who make it a sh*t storm and you – and everyone else – knows it.
Feel free to pretend you’re above the fray and somehow better though. Your overblown ego is irrelevant to the rest of us as long as you get our fries cooked and put in with our combo meal in a timely manner, choad.
I like how this was intended to be just a joke, and then somehow turned into a political debate and argument.
its the internet kids. getting into arguments online is pointless, as is trying to shove your own politic views down someone’s throat. appreciate the joke for what it is (ie a joke) and stop blowing it up into something that wastes everyone’s time.
Steven had it right.
Again, since you have SOOO much time to check and respond to this: stop playing with your dick by watching porn, turn off the computer, and get a fucking life.
Um, sorry “really?”, but a) I don’t whack off to images on the ‘net like you do and b) I have a “life” as you called it, in fact *I* make more in a month than you do in a year so suck an AIDS stick and die in Hell.
You tough-talking boys think you’re bad but IRL you’re nothing but another lisping little prick.
I don’t have time to count all of your replies to this thread (since I have a life) but I’ll bet they = a lot.
You’re bothering people. Stop replying to this thread. If you have such a big, important opinion about the political climate in this country (I assume you do, but I haven’t read all of your comments because, again, my life is more important) then put your good ole American education to use: write a letter. Put that letter in an envelope, address it to DC, stick a stamp on it and put it in the damned mailbox.
Ranting on the internet does no good, and doesn’t promote change. It just pisses people off and makes you look like a raving fucktard.
*Takes deep breath* *Exhales*. Okay, you sir are a douche. Not only are you a douche but you are also the biggest dumb-ass of a troll I have ever set my eyes on. I know you have your opinions, I respect that, but when you go flaunting around like you are a superior being you really show that you are an egotistical prick that mommy never taught you respect or manners. I doubt you make more than half of these people that post here and without any proof of what you actually make you are just flapping your jaw. We do not care that you think you are God’s gift to mankind, we don’t give a damn that you think you are right, we don’t give a fuck that you show no real intelligence whatsoever. Take my advice and shove it, or take some advice from someone even wiser than you and I: “Better to be thought a fool and not speak, than to speak and remove all doubt”. Now go outside and stroke your epeen so that someone with a sense of decency can kick your overweight, white ass to Canada (where they will probably not want you either).
To sum this up into one sentence: Go to hell you little fucker, we don’t give a damn about what you think.
By the way, Steven, you are right, we have killed the only trace of humor in this comic with this mindless ranting.
yeah it’s kinda humorous in a childish way. unfortunatly it’s just more propaganda, but i guess that’s how votes are won these days. i wish real credible news was as easy to find as this crap. i wish the american people would take politics seriously. Don’t you understand? these people are changing the course of your future and the future of everyone you know, for better or for worse. these images and forums are designed to linger in the back of your mind till re-election day just so you will vote for the man with the largest penis. ask yourself if that is realy a valid reason to vote for a canidate? or should be skeptical of the media? do any of you fully understand the health care bill that was just passed? or the “work pay credit” that you are recieving on your tax return? these are very real things that will impact every american. or are you just to busy depateing the president penis size?
AGAIN –
You don’t have much of a life do you? Obviously not; You spend WAAAAY too much time on here not saying much at all.
So anyway – “again’s” brushed off to the side – I just wanted to say HELLO! to all my like-minded Americans out there!
I’m a Conservative, Heterosexual, Gun-Carrying, Pro-Life, Pro-Death Penalty, Christian American Combat Veteran. Pretty much everything our current Government (and “again”) fears. God Bless Real America, Hooah, and Amen.
Holy shit, you guys. I leave you alone for one weekend and you manage to write about a hundred comments. So is the big debate phallic or political? I liked the joke, thought it was worth a chuckle, anyway. It kind of lightens the whole political tension.
A wise man once said that you can judge the success and level of civilization of a society by looking at how it takes care of its children, elderly, disabled, etc. We are one of the wealthiest nations in the world and one of the most powerful. I can understand wanting to remain powerful, but we are seriously failing the test above. We come so far behind so many of the world’s nations it is beyond embarrassing.
Whether or not this bill/law is ideal may not be so important as the fact that we are heading in a positive direction. This great country of ours is made up of so many different people with such different experiences of life in the USA. Could we perhaps try to imagine life in another’s shoes? Anyone who thinks he/she is against this step, I would urge them to do more volunteer work helping those very groups of people who are destitute. A person could easily turn a blind eye and take an ‘ivory tower’ approach to this being due to ‘lazyness’or the like, and sometimes they may be right, but not most of the time.
Another wise saying I’ve heard is if you want peace, work toward justice. As the world ‘gets smaller’, this will be huge, like clean water. Health care for our various disadvantaged groups is just another idea whose time has come, and I applaud this president, regardless of his ‘size’ for having the nerve and tenacity to make a difference. And no matter what a person’s opinion of him and this whole subject is, we’d be hard pressed to argue that he is either unintelligent, uneducated, or lazy…an I for one find that comforting. I try not to let the fear mongers distort my perception of the truth.
I would like all of you to check out my rock opera, that will be touring soon. Its all about bad government and might open some eyes. http://www.myspace.com/passion4power
All these republicans complaining about how its socialism and fails everywhere else and blah blah blah. First of all if you want to complain about taxes then try living somewhere where you don’t get the services your taxes provide you like clean water, a community, etc. This plan is designed to only implement more taxes to people with high incomes to pay for it which probably does not include most of you complaining here anyway. Also, the last time the World Health Organization did a study to find best to worst health care systems by nation most of the countries with a government health care system like this one were above us on the list (http://www.photius.com/rankings/healthranks.html) which means more lives saved. In other words your basically complaining about rich people getting taxed a little more so people that are in a situation where they cant afford health care can get the expensive treatments that potentially save their lives. For example someone that was laid off do to the economy so no longer has health care and gets cancer and needs an expensive treatment that can save his or her life. So stop being such greedy assholes and let the rich pay a little more so that some lives can be saved for more unfortunate people.
RE link..Yeaaaaaaa #37…we should get a trophy, or something.
My guess is that the Rep party is where big business has gotten comfortable working their agenda(s) from. They prey on the weak minded, like most other forms of advertising. I heard a very interesting story on NPR today about just how long we, as a country have been pushing for some form of protective healthcare…almost 100 years. I just hope our country starts getting a little smarter and a little more educated…Rome fell from the inside out.
This is hilarious because the newspaper is referring to the health care package and the creator of this comic strip is using a double entendre, making it seem like it is referring to his genitals. Brilliant I tell you, Brilliant.
I really don’t understand how a panel of four amusing pictures turned into a full blown tactical meeting. Is it really that serious? Nothing can ever just be *FUNNY* anymore. It’s sad, really.
I to was turned off by the size of his package…
This belongs on the Obama love-fest site, AKA Punditkitchen.
Also that should be “too”
Go kiss my ass
Well, what can u say…black cocks. Rep’s are just jealous.
The congressional black caucus IS rather large…
Well, they MIGHT say that, if he were entirely black. He’s half white. So what does that make him, large and flaccid?
stupid myth not all black guys have huge cocks
way to buy into stupid stereotypes
Looks like the self-appointed Race Police busted you, schmuck…
Way to piss in everyone’s Cheerios, Metalcraze. Keep it up and you might gain a modicum of relevance as a TROLL in due course!
Won’t help you get promoted at Carl’s Jr but whatever. Beats masturbating to your mom’s Sears Catalog eh?
“again” i guess i should call you, do you realy have nothing better to do than waste your time posting a million blogs about how much you hate other people’s oppinion? your all over this website with nothing but the same old hatemail that i see everywhere. If you feel so pasionatly about the subject why don’t you do something politicaly productive.
who knows maybe your not political at all, either way i will admit that your comebacks are fairly wity, maybe try your hand at battle rap at least then you could make a sport out of being a ignorant and hatefull parisite.
you guys take a funny pic and just ruin it. you should be ashamed of yourselves. nah jk its the internetz do what you want!!!
yes but all huge cocks have black guys attached to them
lol.
faggot
I’m curious… how do you know the original package was intending it to be a pun on the race of Obama? Perhaps it’s just an assumption you made, at which point you just bought into the same racist stereotype that you were offended at. Think on that a bit before you troll anywhere again.
I apologize, I intended to put poster, not original package.
so says the white woman.
Nice ^^
Third frame not needed.
Han shot FIRST!
Didn’t like that so much
No, we just don’t like being lied to when while we’re getting screwed or tyranny.
“Whaaah, whaaaah… ”
Typical Republican crybaby victim tactics.
Try growing up, growing a pair (with some hairs on them), and doing something other than whining and/or overcompensating for your small *stimulus packages* by buying guns and huge trucks…
Oh, and we not only WON the election, we also WON everybody national health care. You’re welcome.
You, dear sir, are an embarrassment to mankind.
What makes you think I am a Republican?
And the democrats r supposed to be the donkeys:) Swap the symbols.
And who pays for that national health care? Money doesn’t rain from the skies just because we passed this thing.
So you didn’t WIN everyone national health care, you’re TAKING it from the working man’s pocket. Congratulations.
The doctor prescribes a chill pill dude. We cool.
im english and your annoying the hell out of me and the issues you bringing up dont even cosern me. Take it somewhere else troll.
I don’t really give two winks about this discussion. However, I’d like to ask that, if you’re English (or American, or English speaking), how about you NOT embarrass the rest of us? Try using proper grammar when you insult someone.
I’m just saying…
He’s probably another Red State Reject living in a camp trailer and spending money on booze, Hooters, and a jacked-up Ford.
To Hell with him. Oh, wait… If he’s a Republican in flyover country he’s already there.
LULZ
id rather not madam FSEKLJFESAJFIEOOW! =D
Cool your crumpets, olde chap…
Do they really spell “concern” out as “consern” in England, or is that your own special deal?
That’s him. I’m English. Please don’t think we’re all that stupid.
Have you even read the bill?
I thought not, or you would actually understand the process by which the bill IS paid for and won’t effect the “working man.”
Guess in your opinion the 30 million Americans that will receive health care now that don’t currently have it, mean nothing.
“If you can’t roll over, get with the program, and quit opposing us, then I will insult your way of thinking, and your way of life!”
Typical elitist, progressive, liberal boasting.
Try debating, not dictating, chump.
To stereotype Republicans is even more childish than playing cowboy. So why don’t you grow up?
Here’s a better idea, bit.. er I mean Rich.
LULZ
Typical Republican attack-and-whine pseudo-intellectual posting, Phoenix…
Oh and I don’t think you’d really want to compare packages IRL, lest you come up “short” like a good 90% of you truck-driving, crap-talking, gun swinging hicks do.
No wonder you idiots get married at 18
Should have voted for Nader.
Why do you want people to die in America, of all places, from something as simple as lack of proper health care?
You don’t strike me as being a real Democrat, dude. If anything you’re just saying that you are so you can sound like a better person than you are.
Your discrimination is baseless and works against your own cause.
NEWS FLASH:
Our “cause” SUCCEEDED. Your nasty little comment is irrelevant now.
Way to end that with a snarky line. Commenting online doesn’t make you a journalist.
How is life with that 300 pound battleaxe going for ya, Tex?
Have you moved up to the 1977 doublewide yet, or are you too busy squirtin’ out babies for Jeebus?
LOL JEEBUS!
Live and let die might not be the best way to turn the tables…
i hate democrats republicans and all other current forms of government….everyone should just go back to the forests to live like the stupid and happy race of sapiens that we were….id be cool with it =D…no i wouldnt =(
one thing i agree with you on =D..ive always wanted to try trolling…dont ask me why i said that…
You mean all those other nations with socialized medicine that is overwhelmingly popular with their citizens? How has socialized medicine worked out in Hawaii, where they’ve had it for 40ish years and the people love it? Has that led to tyranny in Hawaii? I think you would have noticed. Is Canada a tyranny, is the UK a tyranny? Is Medicare in the US a failure? Ask the old people how they feel about Medicare, since in many cases their lives have depended on it. Ask them. I dare you.
You have been lied to and lack the ability to pick up on those lies. That is not the fault of a political party, it is entirely your own.
Pretty much spot on, JTK…
Fair and balanced info from Fox News, no doubt. Fail
You, sir, win today’s Internets.
F T W !
OH NOES THE SOCIALISTS ARE GOING TO TAKE OUR MONEY TO CURE THE POOR
WE MUST STOP THEM
Seriously? Shut up.
The Republican Motto:
“F**k the Poor. It’s all about the bigger SUV”
F**k the poor and the SUVs, I want bigger guns!
… Like that’s gonna make your *little gun* any bigger, Rev.
Republicans – Predictable as a laxative, and with the same results.
I think your anger has clouded your ability to appreciate the joke the good rev. made… Cool down, dude
how about you shut up? the poor need to work harder
… “Because they can”
How… Compassionate, metalcrazy.
Up yours.
Oh, hi. You’re a fucktard.
HAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA!ANDJWKWAJDJBWAHAHAHHAHAH1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need help…=I
Cool story bro.
Actually, all the studies comparing health care results in the US to health care results elsewhere have shown that the US does a poor job on infant mortality, a poor job on cancers that don’t have expensive treatment plans, and about the same on everything else – for an average of 2-3 times as much money per person per year.
In fact, our average life expectancy is a lot lower than most other countries: http://www.boingboing.net/2010/01/25/the-cost-of-health-c.html
Other countries are healthier because they don’t eat all the processed food we eat. How much crap are we putting in our bodies daily?
Thank you!
Our current situation is way worse…except maybe from an ‘ivory tower’ point of view
Hawaii.
That is all.
Touche…
there’s no such thing as socialized medicine
public healthcare is what we’re talking about here
and it actually works out quite well in most cases (like over in here in the Netherlands for example)
you can’t just say it’s been pathetically inadequate when you can’t even give any solid examples let alone hardly know what you’re talking about.
(and no Holland is not socialist in case you’re wondering)
Rorsharch…epic fail
Yeah, that pretty much says it all…
Big Black Dude with Big Black.. *ahem* vs a slew of inbred, scrawny, “small” white boys. Yup… That’s about 90% of the “opposition” to Obama right there.
Explains the guns and jacked up trucks too. God, Red State America is immature.
I don’t have guns or a truck. I just like to work hard and earn what I have, instead of holding my hands out for working people to give things to me.
We’re already overtaxed and spending too much. This will end up with more taxes and spending way too much more.
I hope you never do.
the abortion clinic is where i get my lunch……=I….>=D
Caps Lock: BRING DOWN THE FUCKING FURY!!!!!!
I don’t have a truck and I don’t drink Starbucks.
Yes, cookie please…
=O! *head explodes* lol jk im just bored commenting on this amazing ongoing convo lol its really funny what happens when someone posts a slightly political comic =P
ive never been to hooters is it true that thier hotwings are awesome?
=O
“There will be problems, so why even try?”
Tell that to the child dying of cancer whose family can’t afford to treat them, you heartless prick.
How did your religion say it? Oh yes… “As you sew so shall you reap”. Or as I like to say it “Payback’s a B*tch”
i devour cancer cells on children! THEN I DEVOUR THE CHILD!
Yeah, there is no such thing as free. Why do you think our government is trillions of dollars in debt?
I dunno…before Bush got in we had a SURPLUS….
after Bush we were in trillions of dollars of debt….
hmmmm……
“Plus, socialized medicine has been pathetically inadequate everywhere else it has already been implemented⦔
Ha. Sorry, kiddo, works up here in Canada. And in Europe. And everywhere else. Just need more MRI machines.
Only place it hasn’t worked is…well, I’m not really sure.
why does this end with obama smiling?
it seems like the republicans would be turned off by the president having a small member
a small package often moves to no back bone and then he’ll fold like origami
all of you people are stupid, red and blue states
IDIOT.
You make liberals look bad dude. I’m shaking my head @ everything you post
And your retort makes YOU look like a f*cking moron, so whatever.
Guess nobody is supposed to say anything that might piss off Opie, Andy, Barney, and Goober eh? Tough… After 8 years of Bush I say F**K ‘EM. It’s not like they cared about *us* when they had the White House/House/Senate dude…
leave the site troll
Here’s a better idea –
Stuff it. I have just as much of a right to be here as anyone, especially you “meh”… Maybe even more of a right to be here since *I* actually contribute something.
But hey, if you think you’re hard go ahead and make me leave. If not STFU. It’s really that simple.
wow you are pretty stupid you assume he has a big package cause he’s half black?
isn’t that kinda racist?
So you’re assuming he has a small package because he’s half white?
Maybe it’s a f**king JOKE and I thought people would be smart enough to get it?
Maybe you’re just another moron who thinks he’s intelligent and somehow relevant?
Whatever. The President’s Package isn’t really anything serious dude… Well to me anyways. I just like to make the Repukes cry by talking about how small their stuff is (and given their love for guns, you know its true)
Chill out homie. It’s not all about your crooked tampon and the discomfort you get from it aight?
damn again you are just PISSED OFF! lol thats awesome =D,i wish i had balls. =(
“Bother…” said Pooh, as he pushed The Big Red Button.
Mr. Again, Its scary that there are people like you out there…
What, people who don’t take crap from others like a little punk?
What a horrifying prospect…
Your overblown ego is irrelevant to the rest of us as long as you get our fries cooked and put in with our combo meal in a timely manner, choad.
humor is humorous.
comixed is slightly humorous.
comments on comixed always kill the humor.
Steven is bland
comment is not humorous
comment about the comment is meant to offend you
I like how this was intended to be just a joke, and then somehow turned into a political debate and argument.
its the internet kids. getting into arguments online is pointless, as is trying to shove your own politic views down someone’s throat. appreciate the joke for what it is (ie a joke) and stop blowing it up into something that wastes everyone’s time.
You tough-talking boys think you’re bad but IRL you’re nothing but another lisping little prick.
steven is right
Dear Again,
I don’t have time to count all of your replies to this thread (since I have a life) but I’ll bet they = a lot.
Actually, ranting on the internet has helped causes in the past.
I think you killed Again since he has not posted for almost a day. Hats off to you my friend. Huzzah!
Okay, I’m done.
His very very small package.
People, please. We all know who the troll is; please stop feeding it.
That is all.
bu-but he looks so hungry and friendly =D OMG MY ARM WHY GOD ARRRG!!*dies*
Again, you just have too much time on your hands. and you’re too extremist… you really are defeating your cause in this.
yeah it’s kinda humorous in a childish way. unfortunatly it’s just more propaganda, but i guess that’s how votes are won these days. i wish real credible news was as easy to find as this crap. i wish the american people would take politics seriously.
Good day, All!
…but I liked the joke and gave a thumbs up. Peace
Thank you, jojo. Got it in one.
*Checks calendar*
I enjoy the length of your weekends.
Ahhhh you got me there…
How did those long ass comments get approved?
I thought it was funny.
Once you go black, you’re gonna need a wheelchair.
You just can’t beat that smile.
I would like all of you to check out my rock opera, that will be touring soon. Its all about bad government and might open some eyes.
http://www.myspace.com/passion4power
Boy, you’re in Florida…hostile territory?
So stop being such greedy assholes and let the rich pay a little more so that some lives can be saved for more unfortunate people.
i dont like guns..thier for pussy’s…..all i need are swords..and tequila…it carries me through the night….. =I
RE link..Yeaaaaaaa #37…we should get a trophy, or something.
President obama sucks dick and likes the white sox
Troll
I really don’t understand how a panel of four amusing pictures turned into a full blown tactical meeting. Is it really that serious? Nothing can ever just be *FUNNY* anymore. It’s sad, really.
I may be republican, and I may not agree with Obama’s policies, but I don’t care what party you’re affiliated with; this lol is just damn FUNNY. xD
These things are the highlight of my day sometimes. :p Sometimes you just have to let go of your own uptight issues and relax, you know?
